Is it safe to paint baby furniture with Acrylic Lacquer spray paint?

I live in Thailand and the most common spray paint is "Win" brand made by TOA Paint. The can has no statements about it being non-toxic, but that type of information isn’t normally included on things in Thailand like they are in The States.
